Hurricane Isaias brought over 7 inches of rain maybe 24 hours and they had to release water from the dam. Ay bruh honestly just have him pay for the fix himself theres not much damage it would be a few hundered bucks to fix yourself and pretty fuckin easy slight bumper PLASTIC damage it looks like its barely even cracked so thats nice and cheap and a buckled hood so a new hood and bumper plastics easy peasy maybe a fog light too but you never really use them anyway so i wouldnt care too much abt that
