With IED’s (especially Dynamite) constant vibration can cause explosions, no officer will fire at smugglers but rather at most give a warning shots to cause them to stop for search. Questions what’s the assurance that the Dynamite was meant for mining activities in Burkina which can serve as a security threat in our neighbor country.
