@elkecrosby: Let’s make soft, fluffy bread! 🍞 Mix 3 cups (360g) of all-purpose flour, 2¼ tsp instant yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp salt. Add 1 cup (240ml) of lukewarm milk and mix into a dough. Knead in 2 tbsp (28g) of softened butter, then knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours, until doubled in size. Gently press out the air, divide into 9 rolls, and place in a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise again for 30–60 minutes, until puffy.
