HIGH PROTEIN LASAGNA SOUP 🍲 recipe below! We're going low maintenance here, because that's why we need a dump dinner in the first place, right? No browning, no layering, no crazy steps or ingredients. Just dump, add noodles, then scoop it up and top it with mozzarella and ricotta for that warm, cozy, cheesy goodness. Works fantastically for meal prep, too! Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef, 93/7 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped Garlic, plus Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste 1 jar (24 oz) tomato sauce 4 cups broth, beef, chicken, or vegetable 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 8 lasagna noodles, broken, or protein pasta Ricotta and shredded mozzarella, for topping Directions: 1. Add the ground beef to the slow cooker and break it up. Add seasonings, garlic, bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce, balsamic, and broth. Stir. 2. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours or on low 6 to 7 hours. 3. Add the broken noodles 20 to 30 minutes before you eat, cover, and cook until tender. I used @GOODLES Teeny Lazeeny protein pasta for an extra fiber boost. 4. Scoop into bowls and top with ricotta and mozzarella. Over 30g protein per serving. Full recipe with tips and macros is on my blog, Nutrition to Fit (link in bio).
