I love my bedjet so much. I programmed it so that when I get into bed, it heats up and then it cools down while I’m sleeping and then it also heats back up when it’s time to wake up.

Please try a spritz of Flonase on a q-tip and rub it on the inside of the ears where it’s itching. Game changer. I’m in perimenopause and it’s helped me so much 🥰🥰

so for the itchy ears, my ent has me mix equal parts vinegar and 70% isopropyl alcohol in a dropper bottle and a few in each ear. leave in for like 7-10 minutes on each side (then drain into a cotton ball) once a week. and when im consistent RELIEF!!!!
