be careful with the retinol serums, don’t overuse them to much as your skins barrier isn’t used to them yet, i’d recommend using every 3-4 days for 4-6 weeks then move it to every second night. and just make sure to be very sun safe with using retinol as it weakens your skin barrier around your body and you can burn easier 😊😊😊

be really careful with the retinal products! they can be really damaging to your skin barrier if you aren’t specifically treating anything. try using the retinal on problem areas rather than your whole face and watch for any reactions xx

Try not to use a lot of skin care all at once it can cause breakouts try two day and night every couple days at the start x

please don't use retinol on your young skin & try not to use all those active serums at once, it can really damage your skin barrier!! unless you have any skin concerns (acne, lipid dry etc) your skincare should just be very simple. cleanse, moisturise and SPF daily Xx
