There’s something incredibly special about being surrounded by people who just get it. 💗 A huge thank you to @parishilton for inviting me and bringing together such an incredible ADHD community! For so many years, I didn’t even know I had ADHD. Growing up, I often wondered why certain things seemed so much harder for me than for others. Like so many women who are diagnosed later in life, I spent years questioning myself. When I finally received my ADHD diagnosis at 26, so much started to make sense. 🧠💫 But one of the most meaningful parts of my journey has been finding a community of people who understand, share similar experiences, and advocate for change. 💫 And that’s why ADHD awareness matters so much to me! Because there are still so many people who don’t know they have ADHD. People who have spent years believing they’re lazy, too sensitive, or simply not trying hard enough. Awareness can change that. It can help people feel seen, understand themselves better, and find the support they deserve. It was also really special to hear Paris openly share her own experiences with ADHD, the struggles she’s faced, and what it was like receiving a diagnosis later in life. I think so many of us can relate to that, and hearing these stories reminds us that we’re not alone in our experiences. 🫶 I left the event feeling so grateful for this community and for everyone who continues to share their stories, challenge misconceptions, and make ADHD a little better understood. Here’s to more conversations, more understanding, and a world where no one has to feel ashamed of how their brain works. 💗 @ParisHilton #ADHDAwareness #ADHDCommunity #Neurodiversity #UNSTOPPABLE
