Don’t buy into fear just be prepared. Preparation used to just be the way of life. Now we live dependent on the electricity and the grocery stores….. being prepared doesn’t mean freaking out. It just means simply preparing prepare for the worst hope for the best.

I think a HUGE item people forget about.. is soya sauce. Everyone preps rice.. definitely grab a few bottles of soya sauce. Stores for a long time, adds good sodium content (which you need) and drastically takes your rice from just rice to something you can fairly enjoy.
