@hestillspeaks: Jeremiah 23:30 "Therefore," declares the Lord, "I am against the prophets who steal from one another words supposedly from me." Jeremiah 14:14 Then the Lord said to me, "The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I have not sent them or appointed them or spoken to them. They are prophesying to you false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds." Ezekiel 13:6 to 7 "Their visions are false and their divinations a lie. Even though the Lord has not sent them, they say, 'The Lord declares,' and expect him to fulfill their words. Have you not seen false visions and uttered lying divinations when you say, 'The Lord declares,' though I have not spoken?" 1 Corinthians 15:14 to 15 "And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead."
