Lost 50/50 on weapon banner for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW. And after that I got a double after his weapon with a Skyward Harp. Absolutely depressing. With a Mona that came instead of his C2. Moral of the story: I NEED Hoyo to put a guarantee carry over for weapons like in their other games.

I captured radiance. Was confused because it was supposed to be a guarantee until I realized it meant I just pulled a double 5 star for a C1 Mitya out of the gate. Wished Valeriy did the same. Dude is still C0 after 110+ pulls. Can't pull anymore because I want to save for the Tsaritsa.
