@inknerd7: EVER WONDERED WHY A CLIENT’S BODY STARTS SHAKING OR VIBRATING DURING A TATTOO SESSION? 👀🔥 This is something that can happen during intense tattoo sessions, especially when working on large areas like a FULL CHEST PANEL. During this session, my client experienced noticeable trembling and vibrations throughout his body, even during breaks. But WHY does this happen? A few possible reasons: 🧠 Nervous System Response: Prolonged pain and stimulation can activate the body’s fight-or-flight response, releasing adrenaline. 💪 Muscle Fatigue: Sitting in one position while keeping your body tense for hours can cause involuntary trembling. 🥶 Body Temperature: Long tattoo sessions, stress and reduced movement can make your body feel cold, sometimes triggering shivering. ⚡ Adrenaline & Stress: As the body deals with prolonged discomfort, adrenaline and other stress responses can contribute to shaking. 🥤 Hydration & Nutrition: Not eating enough or becoming dehydrated can also contribute to trembling and feeling weak. This is why taking breaks, staying hydrated, eating properly before your appointment and communicating with your artist are IMPORTANT. As artists, we have to understand that tattooing isn’t just about putting ink into skin. It’s also about understanding how the human body responds throughout the process. RESPECT THE PROCESS.
