At least the elevator works to go down! At least you were only on the 5th floor. I know that’s a lot I live on the 5th floor. My elevator was done. Those stairs suck! Hope your back is better!

I agree on the service elevator being larger, but some buildings have restrictions on who can use them. I know my office building needs to see proof of insurance to use them.
