@emilyincolors: Houston, cold weather means one thing: it’s officially soup season! 🍲🔥 And Yukdaejang is the place to be! We started with the giant XL pork katsu, and it was so flavorful. But of course, the star of the show was their Braised Spicy Premium Beef Rib with Flat Noodles. 🔥 And let me warn you, this one is NOT for the weak! We went with the regular spice level, and even that had me struggling a little. 😂 But the beef ribs were incredibly tender and packed with flavor, while the chewy glass noodles soaked up all that rich, delicious broth. I also loved their rose tteokbokki and bossam!
