@science.nature: “I don’t want to change the way I see them!” 🐐🔥🐐 Dr. Dre once revealed that he turned down opportunities to work with both Michael Jackson and Prince, despite being a huge fan of the two legendary artists. Speaking with Kevin Hart on Hart to Heart, Dre explained that some artists meant so much to him growing up that he preferred to admire them from a distance rather than risk changing his perception of them through a studio collaboration: “I don’t want to change the way I see them”. For a producer who has worked with some of the biggest names in music history, turning down Michael Jackson and Prince might be one of the most surprising decisions of his career. Yall think Dre was right for this?
