@@IamGilo: Regarding the £25,000 salary threshold mentioned today, is it based on the care worker's current salary or their salary when they first entered the UK? Previously, the threshold was different, for instance CoS issued in sept'23 - GBP 22,000 This years renewal onwards salary rised to 25,000 Can apply for ILR in Sept'28 so I would like to clarify which salary applies?

I was on a care COS that was not giving me work. I eventually got another COS 6mknths later that gave me a start date 2 weeks. I started the work before my new visa application was approved. I have been reading online this might be a breach of visa rule. Is there anything that can be done so it does not affect my ILR for 5year route?

What about some one entered the UK lawfully in February 2025 through Refugee Family Reunion. Can the Home Office apply the extended settlement period to that person because the refugee sponsor wife originally entered the UK illegally 2022 and received a refugee status 5 years. even though husband entered legally?"

I got my 1st health and care COS on Sept 2023 without job but then got another health and care COS on May 2024 and I have worked since then. Will I fall under 5year or 10year ILR route based on these new immigration decision?
