I’d really appreciate some advice from you! Around 2.5 years ago, I stopped bleaching and colouring my hair because it had become extremely damaged and was breaking so much that I couldn’t seem to retain any length. I tried so many things, but nothing seemed to help. Eventually, I started using the following routine: * Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate shampoo and conditioner * Redken Extreme Strength Builder Plus Mask * Redken One United leave-in treatment * K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask * Hair oil on my ends every day This is the routine ive been using for the past 3 months Since starting this routine, my hair has improved a lot and I’ve been able to retain more length. However, my Redken ABC shampoo and conditioner are almost empty, so I’m wondering whether I should repurchase them or switch to something else. I’ve been looking at the Redken All Soft shampoo and conditioner because I’m wondering if my hair could benefit more from moisture and nourishment at this point, rather than continuing with a bonding-focused range. A few questions: 1. Would you recommend repurchasing Redken ABC or switching to Redken All Soft? 2. Is it okay to use the ABC range long-term, especially alongside K18 and a strengthening mask? 3. Would you recommend replacing my current Redken Extreme mask with the All Soft Heavy Cream once it’s empty? 4. Is there anything in my current routine you would change or replace, particularly my leave-in treatment? My main goal is to grow my hair as long as possible by preventing breakage and keeping my lengths healthy. I have fine-to-medium hair that is naturally wavy and prone to frizz. I’d love to hear your honest opinion and any recommendations. Thank you!

J’ai la gamme acidic grow full et perso je ne pourrais dire encore pour la pousse , mais le shampoing a vraiment rebalancé mon cuir chevelu et il devient gras vraiment moins vite maintenant 🥰 sinon avec le conditionner mes longueurs sont plus fluffy et volumineuses ✨😇
