Feel vs. real. Even ARod doesn’t realize his swing wasn’t “down” through the ball.

Works when you hit 90 as a pro now the best hitters turn behind and get under you have a lot more room to hit the ball swing down anything 85+ your done

YOU KNOW, I PLAYED THIS GAME AND COULD HAVE SIGNED A PRO. CONTRACT OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL. AND I NEVER SWUNG DOWN LIKE THAT. BASICALLY? AND I WANNA KNOW WHAT THE PURPOSE OF SWINGING DOWN AND WHAT TRAJECTORY THE BALL WOULD TRAVEL WITH THAT TYPE OF SWING

You don’t even swing down.. slow your swings down and watch

Coach Eric :
He's advocating an intersecting path between the barrel and the ball. Horrible advance I don't care who he was. If you watch his swing path, complete opposite of what he is preaching. Get the barrel on the same plane as the ball as long as you can.

For somebody doesn’t know a lot about this sport …why does hitting the ball into the ground help you?

Yet your game time swing is completely opposite of what you’re saying 😂
