To everyone who's complaining why did she not have her dog already spayed: it's a very small Chihuahua and there's a very high possibility she could not get the dog spayed cuz he was too small and too old. the anesthesia could have ended the dog. In fact, some veterinary hospitals will require you to sign a waiver to resuscitate your dog if they go under anesthesia, too old or too small. either you sign the waiver and say " Yes, I know my dog is at high risk of needing resuscitation and if that is the case I will willingly pay to have my dog resuscitated. (this is mostly if they need to use any medication to help get the heart pumping.) that's how high of a risk it is. the other option is you have to sign a DNR that says you will not sue them. if the surgery is something that they can live without or have a better chance at a long happy life not getting spayed or neutered and put under anesthesia, the veterinarians will tell you that. this does not mean the animal cannot become pregnant. But usually the veterinarian will just inform the person to be extra careful. she's a very small dog, she may have gotten out, another dog may have gotten in the yard or something. one old board in a fence goes out behind a bush, owner doesn't notice, that that. also the dog, with all that, had a Singleton. singletons can come out larger and more developed that other puppies.

Not everywhere I have to pay for mine 2 years ago. There's no one here helping us. And I work cleaning elderly people's houses and a lot of theirs aren't fixed. The government's paying their freaking rent. If there's low income, these people would know it. These are the people that give me lists of where the food banks are, if I ever need one
