I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone paralyzed from the waist UP. I’m sure there are cases of it, but I just can’t wrap my head around it.

He didn't say that he can walk. He said he has full movement, which means he can move his legs. He probably still has a long recovery.

Probably can’t walk yet because I’d think you need feeling in your upper body to keep yourself upright, but it sounds like he’s gonna make a full recovery ❤️
