Also, please teach them the effects of gravity, though too. I've had kids ask me why I have a wiggly belly, even though I don't have kids. Kids are mean.

idea - give him a balloon not blown up and have him try to stretch it (not super stretchy).. blow it up, and release the air and give it to him (more stretchy), and do it again a few more times. explain that that balloon is like mommy’s skin and belly - and the balloon won’t look the same but that’s OKAY because every body is beautiful [Heartwarming]. (my son asked the same and that’s how i showed it to him)
