🍖 Oven-Baked Garlic Butter Lamb Chops Ingredients * 1–1½ lb lamb chops * 2 tbsp olive oil * Salt & black pepper * 1 tsp dried rosemary * Oregano or preferred seasonings (optional) Garlic Butter * 3 tbsp butter * 3 garlic cloves, minced * ½ tsp dried or fresh rosemary * Juice of ½ lemon Slice lamb chops into individual pieces. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and preferred seasonings. Massage well and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C). Arrange chops on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked to your preferred doneness. Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan, add garlic and rosemary, and cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice and mix well.
