florist here. add sugar and alum to the vase. hydrangeas love both. also keep is cool wherever they are. and absolutely no sunlight. it will keep them fresh so much longer. and that's a vase 🥰🥰🥰

If you dip your hydrangeas in alum powder it’s helps preserve them a little bit better. I’m a florist and we do that when we get our hydrangeas in 🥰

You MUST cute the bottom of each flower stem just before it goes in the water. If you put it in the vase without cutting the hydrangeas they will die in 48 hours.

Hydrangeas are one of the only flowers that drink from the top. You have to drench them with a spray bottle and they should last longer than 2 days!

Hey Mags. OG here. This better be a new series. I’m a wholesale florist. Get some allium root on the spice isle and dip your hydrangea after you cut them in that. Should last longer. 😉
