What’s funny is we take the senate and governor (I don’t think house is likely at this point), they’ll use it as proof that ranked choice is bad. But they were the only ones with multiple candidates on the ballot in every race. We had 1 democratic candidate for senate and 1 for governor. For house, we had a fake democrat (who is getting almost no votes), and an independent who leans pretty left with a few conservative views. They had multiple candidates in each race. If they ranked, we’d be screwed, easy. But because they don’t understand it, they atomically see it as bad.

We're eyeing the Begich/Hill race as well because Eric Hefner--who is a convicted felony serving 20 years in New Jersey and has never BEEN TO ALASKA--has 15,501 votes. Almost the exact amount Hill needs to beat Begich. Begich is as 49.6% but hasn't hit the big 5-0 yet.
