I did this. Went to CC for 2 years, had a 4.0, worked 30+ hours a week. And at the end I got a full ride to UNC chapel hill. Now there with a good amount of pocket money saved up. This is the absolute best method post high school

2yr cc, 3.7 gpa, working 2 jobs for the most of it (1 internship related to career), 40k saved, just got accepted to a US T20 school. No scholarship though

This is incredibly difficult with a stem degree btw guys😭 you can’t take labs online and they’re often like 3-4 hours long so be careful. DONT listen to your academic advisor/counselor contact the school you plan to transfer to and ask YOUR MAJORS academic advisor what classes you should be taking and how fast you can transfer

I also highly recommend dual enrollment while being in high school. In many cases you can knock out A LOT if not all of Gen Ed classes.
