We used to have a little spring like this in the neighborhood I grew up in and we would go and play for HOURS…never got in because ya know, coulda been a sinkhole situation or something but it was so much fun! And there was a little creek that shot off it and led to the river and we would try to follow it as far as we could but it got too swampy. And then someone bought that parcel of land and built a house and we couldn’t adventure there anymore :(
