The misleading mantra “Big boys don’t cry” has had devastating consequences for generations of men. But it’s equally dangerous to neglect teaching boys how to process their emotions and move beyond them so they can fulfill their purpose. You don’t have to condemn a boy to challenge him. You can give him the freedom to feel without allowing his feelings to rule him. That’s Emotional Stability Training.
