Bone Diggers Press :
Miblart. No AI. Quick turnaround. Just be sure to lay out exactly what you want and make sure they follow your instructions to the tee. If you can afford it, I highly recommend Christian Bentulan, who is just a delight to work with. For Romance specifically, I've also had good results from Open World Cover Design, Enchanted Covers, and Cauldron Press Cover Design. There are many, many cover designers out there who don't use AI.

I paint all my covers by hand. I use rebelle 8 and record time lapses if ya need. My brushwork isn’t something that ai does. And I paint the lettering as well. I don’t use canva or any other programs other than Rebelle 8 digital painter and I use the bristle brushes only.

What’s your idea for the cover? I’ve found myself with an abundance of free time tonight and could whip something up for you! I can’t promise it will be the cover of your dreams, but I can promise it will be free. 💖💖

You can do it! I designed my cover for my debut novel without the use of AI. It is possible with hard work and dedication! I did the photographry, editing, and design all on my own. (0/10 would not recommend making fake ashes!)
