What is the main objective of this Trafitech, to earn revenue for the government or to ensure compliance? I am asking this question because the road traffic system has not been adequately prepared for this. No sign to show that a particular place is a school, or hospital so you can slow down. No speed limit signs to indicate the speed you are required to obey at sections of the road. Now, if you are moving from Accra to Kumasi, at what point is the road considered a highway as opposed to in town speed?
