I’m also 22 weeks and up about 8lbs (it bops between 8-10). I plan my meals out at my previous “lose weight” calories so I can add tasty treats into it in between the “good” stuff - it’s helped me not fall off the rails. Love watching your journey while going through my own!

This seems like too much food to me, I would double check your calorie intake and make sure you aren’t going over maintenance calories. The only pregnancy I gained weight with was my first and it was before I was overweight. My pregnancies where I was already overweight, I either stay the same or lose weight. I’m currently 17w 5d with my 4th and Iv lost weight.

These meals look soooo good, especially the protein pasta! Just out of curiosity and no need to answer if it’s too personal, but do you plan on breastfeeding? Fed is best, so no shame either way.

People are sooooo negative omg. 🙄 As a plus size woman myself, my doctor told me that it’s completely normal to gain 25-30 lbs while pregnant or to even lose weight. Yes, even at my size. I lost about 10lbs in my first and second trimesters, then slowly started gaining a little as my baby grew. I’m 37+3 now and have gained around 17-20lbs. Everyone is different and experiences pregnancy differently. Just because some women are “bigger” doesn’t make them any less deserving of having a child. You’re doing great! 🤎

I’m so jealous you can eat like this! I’m 19 weeks and literally can’t keep anything down and I’ve actually lost 20 pounds so far due to my vomiting 😭😭😭
