@pro.glitch: How to build an AI IT help desk inside Microsoft Teams (tickets, approvals, no $30 Copilot seats) Built for real in a Microsoft 365 lab. Employees ask in Teams → a Copilot Studio agent fixes what it can from your own IT guide → everything else becomes a ticket in a SharePoint list → security reports go to a private channel only → requests get the manager's yes from a Teams approval card, with a reminder and an expiry so nothing hangs → the person is told when it's done. Tested as two real employees: password fixed with no ticket, printer → ticket, phishing → private channel, laptop approved, logging as a colleague refused, unanswered request → expired. Money rule: pick the model before you test (one answer cost ~23 credits on the default model vs ~1.6 on a small one). About ten cents a ticket.
