My mom and I stay up until 2 or 3 a.m. every year to decorate for Christmas! We do our whole house, and the outside too! It’s literally my favorite night of the year and the night I look forward to the most!! It’s usually just us two, and we work together and laugh and act so silly, and it’s going to be the memories I cherish for my entire life

As an English person who grew up with English Christmas. It’s mad to me that people are like “it’s November 4th” like why wouldn’t you want to start celebrating early… what’s the actual issue with it? If anything it builds up excitement and love for the holiday.
