@warpedriffs: Chris Cornell is rightfully remembered as one of the greatest voices in rock music, but his creativity and abilities as a guitarist are often overlooked. While Kim Thayil is such an essential part of Soundgarden’s guitar identity, Chris actually wrote some of the band’s most memorable riffs, including “Rusty Cage.” The heavy, rhythmically unusual outro is incredible on its own, but watching Chris play these parts while delivering those vocals takes it to another level. Such an insanely talented musician, surrounded by an equally incredible band. #ChrisCornell #Soundgarden #RustyCage #GuitarRiffs #WarpedRiffs
