They actually built this whole town by scratch just for the show! And they have massive shops and structures where they built the “tunnels” below the town and some of the rooms (like the one Fatima had the baby) they actually dig out and made!

I found it on Monday and the locations were all marked on Maps with reviews (Colony house, Sara's House is now Aryana's house, the Box was a Butcher Shop, The Diner, Jim's House). Seems someone is working hard at removing them from Google because by Tuesday the reviews were disabled and as of this morning the location names are removed except "Aryanas House" and "The Colony House (FROM)".
