@nealkshah: You can cut snoring by over 70% with simple mouth and throat exercises, no machine required. Here’s something most people with snoring or sleep apnea are never told: your airway is not a rigid pipe, it is held open by muscles, and those muscles can lose tone and collapse during deep sleep, which is what triggers the pauses and the snoring. The exciting part is that you can train them back into shape. In a Stanford analysis of clinical trials, targeted tongue and throat exercises cut nighttime breathing pauses by about 50% in adults and reduced loud snoring by more than 70%, all without losing any weight. One famous Swiss study even found that regularly playing the didgeridoo, which forces the throat and soft palate to work against air resistance, meaningfully improved sleep apnea, basically resistance training for your airway. You can get similar benefits at home in about 15 minutes a day with simple moves: pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth, sliding it back, puffing your cheeks, and humming, which also floods your nose with airway-opening nitric oxide. One crucial note: if you use a CPAP, do not stop it, since these exercises work alongside it, not instead of it. Talk to your doctor. Follow for more, and tag someone who snores. #5MinutePlus #SleepApnea #Snoring #SleepHealth

This guy talks so much, and he goes on and on and on. He wastes far too much time for something that could be said in 30 seconds
