@denise.damasceno07: Brazilian Flan (Pudim de Leite Condensado) Ingredients For the caramel: * 1 cup sugar * ½ cup water For the flan: * 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) * 1 can whole milk (use the condensed milk can to measure) * 3 large eggs * 3 tablespoons powdered milk * A splash of vanilla extract Instructions 1. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until golden brown. 2. Carefully add the water and stir until the caramel is smooth. 3. Pour the caramel into a bundt pan, coating the bottom. 4. In a blender, combine the condensed milk, whole milk, eggs, powdered milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. 5. Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated pan. 6. Cover with aluminum foil and place the pan inside a larger baking dish. 7. Add hot water to the larger dish to create a water bath. 8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until set. 9. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. 10.
