For nearly TWO YEARS, the storefront for Matari Coffee Co. has displayed a “Brewing Soon” sign, but the coffee shop still hasn’t opened. The space formerly occupied by Friendly’s was expected to become a new local coffee destination, leaving many residents wondering when—or if—it will finally happen. But Matari Coffee Co. isn’t the only vacant storefront raising questions at Delco Plaza. 🏬 The former Big Lots, which was once home to King Kullen, remains vacant. 🐾 Shake-A-Paw is also vacant. 🏦 The former Chase Bank, which most recently housed Leslie’s Pool Supplies, is another empty storefront.
