Fasting and going raw vegetables and fruits only. Cured my autoimmune. Stop eating anything in a box or package from a grocery store then again just stop eating anything in the grocery store. Get to a farm get fresh resources get fresh food. Stay away from the gluten that’s one of the biggest that causes the majority of allergies and skin issues don’t eat anything white don’t drink the milk if it’s not from the farm don’t eat the bread if you don’t make it.
