Had a soldier that was not mine but from the line company that came to me because his pay was jacked up. Turns out he had not had the correct pay for almost a year. We fixed it and next paycheck soldier came in with my favorite redbull and would not take no for an answer. ( for those who know, we as leaders can’t take bribes).

I called one time because my payment was 5 days late, and was told that “getting paid early is a privilege and you don’t need to act like we caused an issue” and when I asked for their superior because that was an inappropriate way to talk to someone who requires this service I was hung up on.

I was in the finance to work on starting my bonus and this E7 walked in yelling "WHO TF IS THE COMMANDER OF THIS BUILDING?" apparently S1 sent up a packet to help him fix his pay and get his back pay and the CDR denied it for months thinking he was a SPC and not a SFC. I have no idea how that happened ngl

its cool, ft bliss finance office out processing still oew me nearly 1800. its literally not possible to get ahold of them, my current installation says they cant do anything, and all my nco's up the chain can also not get ahold of anyone except a customer service line at bliss that cant do anything for pcs finance stuff. they marked me as departed Installation nearly a month after I initially outprocessed and pcs. 2 erroneous inputs caused system to take back 1800 ish for my pcs move in bah and bas that I was owed, and ruined my pay until august of this year. nearly 8 months of tiny paychecks. and still seems noone can get me an answer on what to do. even their reviews going back years is people not able to reach anyone there.
