Mix the sausage, Bisquick, cheese, onion, and seasonings together in a bowl. Use a spoon at first, then your hands to combine everything into one big ball. 2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 3. Roll the mixture into sausage balls and place them on the cookie sheet with a little space between each one. 4. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown on top. This recipe makes around 28 sausage balls! These are perfect for family get-togethers, game days, holidays, or anytime you need a quick and easy finger food to take along.
