@butterandsukkar: Continuing the Christmas baking with hot chocolate cookies 🍫🎄☃️ Recipe below!! 🤎 Ingredients: ½ cup butter melted ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup flour ½ cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ½ cup chocolate chips Toppings: Marshmallows Melted chocolate Christmas sprinkles Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter and whisk together with brown sugar and white sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop dough and place on baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes, then remove from oven and place half a marshmallow on each cookie. Return to oven for another 2-3 minutes until marshmallows soften. Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with melted chocolate and add Christmas sprinkles!
