My baby did this sooo much with the dr browns bottles I tried all the nipple sizes and she wouldn’t stop so I switched to the MAM bottles and she stopped doing that !

NICU nurse! They might need cheek and chin support. If you rest a finger on the lower cheek, it helps them anchor their feed and do less “monster mouth.”

Try a different bottle! My little girl was doing this with dr browns and we switched to Phillips avent and she no longer does this.
