@docraaxx8nl: She wants her racism back, and apparently she’d like a discount at the pump, too. That’s quite a customer service complaint. Apparently, respect for other people was supposed to be optional, while protection from criticism was included in the deal. You can say something racist. Everyone else can recognize it, challenge it, and refuse to applaud. There are consequences to being a bad person and supporting cruelty toward others. This time, those consequences came through the vote. Other people exercised their rights at the ballot box, and your freedom to express prejudice doesn’t obligate them to reward it.
