My school is in the area and we went on lockdown for what happened. I was in my schools cafeteria, when the lunch lady told us to leave everything and go back to our classes immediately. We were all really confused because this was the middle of lunch. I had heard the lunch lady whisper something to another teacher about a lockdown, so I assumed it was a drill and they forgot we were at lunch. But then I saw the principal and school officer guiding us back to class and thought this might be something more serious. My history teacher told me what was happening and why we were on lockdown. We were in lockdown for about an 1 hour and a half. I missed my 6th period class. After everything we kinda just went on with our day, but it was really scary while it was happening. This was the closest I’ve ever come to a real threat. I know it was probably not as scary and as crazy as other stories or what happened at the place. But that was my experience.

I work there, it was absolutely crazy. Theory is that he used to work there too since the specific gate he rammed through wasnt easily accessible, he attacked during the busiest day of the week, the busiest time of the day and the busiest area of the campus.
