It was incredibly loud but in the best way. When sound design is done well enough it doesn’t hurt to listen to. It was very loud but impactful and satisfying. The Cyclops in the Odyssey was not mixed well and was very high pitched. When you nail the frequencies and the mixing the loudness works and man was the sound in this movie incredible.

The Life-Saving Thump: When a Giant Rabbit Became a Guardian In the quiet, unassuming rooms of a home in Cambridgeshire, England, a silent drama was about to unfold. It was an ordinary evening. Simon Steggall was sitting comfortably, watching television. Beside him was his beloved companion, Dory. Dory is a Continental Giant. She is not a small, skittish creature; she is a rabbit of remarkable stature, a gentle giant with powerful hind legs and long, attentive ears. In the natural world, a rabbit is a creature of the prey. They are wired by millions of years of evolution to be acutely aware of their surroundings, to sense the slightest shift in the environment, and to detect danger before it strikes. But that evening, the danger did not come from a predator in the shadows. It came from within Simon’s own body. Simon was slipping into a diabetic coma. It is a silent, creeping threat. The blood sugar drops, the mind begins to cloud, and consciousness begins to fade. To the outside world, he merely looked as though he was resting. But to Dory, something was profoundly wrong. Animals possess an extraordinary, quiet intelligence. They read our bodies, our scents, and our subtle shifts in energy in ways we cannot fully comprehend. Dory sensed that her human was slipping away. And rather than running or hiding, she acted. She leaped onto Simon’s chest. And she began to thump. For a rabbit, the thump is the ultimate alarm. It is a deep, resonant drumming of the powerful hind legs against the ground, a primal signal used in the wild to warn the warren of imminent danger. But here, on this quiet evening, she aimed that primal warning directly at the chest of her unconscious friend. She thumped furiously, relentlessly, refusing to stop until the rhythm broke through the fog in Simon’s mind. Slowly, Simon began to regain consciousness. He realized what was happening. He was able to get the medical help he desperately needed. Dory’s frantic, rhythmic drumming had pulled him back from the brink. For her incredible act of heroism, Dory was honoured with a special award. But to Simon, the greatest reward is the quiet, everyday presence of the gentle giant who refused to let him go. We often look to the grand, the fierce, and the wild for tales of courage. But heroism lives in the smallest of hearts. A rabbit, a creature of the earth and the warren, used the only tool she had to save the human who loved her. It is a beautiful reminder that we are not separate from nature; we are deeply connected to it. At Buddypaws, we believe every animal has a story worth telling. Whether they are a giant rabbit thumping a warning, or a dog waiting by the door, their impact on our world is immeasurable.
