as a bedside stepdown nurse, i remember one time i went through great lengths to get pants, sweatshirt, socks, and shoes for a homeless pt before discharging them. he yelled at me because he didn’t like the sweatshirt bc it was MSU. 😭

🤨 Im homeless and dealing with End Stage Kidney Failure and yes sometimes the 5 shelters in town were all full so as a last resort i would go to the hospital for food and shelter. Also my symptoms would flare up rsndom causing me to vomit 🤷‍♂️so i had a bit of an excuse to be in the hospital
