from the age of 5 to about 16 and even still sometimes now i would plan in my head every night about how i would save my family pets and sentimental items (news flash like half my room) if my house were to catch on fire and same thing at school in case it got shot up🤗

when i was living alone i would ft my friends and tell them im being watched then scream at the window.. then one day i said im being watched again on ft and instantly heard a bang on my door and two police officers where looking at me through my window. i should take my meds again..

How the “anxiety” girls look at me when I tell them I don’t go to the doctor because I’m scared they will tell me that something is wrong with me and I will die (yall this was a few months ago I went to the hospital because I was literally DYING from depression and dehydrated and my heart rate went up to 175 because I was so scared) so ever since that hospital trip my anxiety has BEEN SO BAD.

i sleep with a knife under my pillow/ mattress bc since i was little id have VIVID nightmares of someone trying to break in through my window and if i wake up from a nightmare like that i physically can't go back to sleep for a few days and have to check my house

I’m not diagnosed with anything but I used to have a lock on my closet, wouldn’t go in my garage bc the door to the attic was in there, run out of bathrooms after i flush as fast as I can, used to keep a knife under my bed, and would make my dad check everywhere inside and outside because ever since I was in pre k and I still do now i feel like someone or a demon is coming to get me
