@motivational.light: We have to learn to forgive ourselves, too. Sometimes we hold on to things we’ve already prayed about, things we’ve already asked God to forgive us for, and things we can’t go back and change. You can’t keep punishing yourself for a version of you that was still learning. Own your mistakes, learn from them, and give yourself permission to grow. God’s grace doesn’t stop where your mistakes begin. Give yourself some of that same grace. You deserve the chance to move forward, too. ❤️🙏

This hit me incredibly hard. I’ve been going through an incredibly dark time along with incredibly dark & selfish thoughts. I could literally see and feel a dark change in me, if that makes sense, and the type of person I was becoming scared the s**t out of me. Thankfully I am repenting and turning from those old ways, slowly but surely, I am a work in progress and I still have many regrets. I’m working on forgiving myself, but it is incredibly hard. I give this pain and my struggles to almighty God, for I know without him and his eternal grace and forgiveness, I truly have no hope. God forgive me and remember me please.
