USPS here. Same. Had a new dog in my route introduce himself at 5:30pm. Could not see him because he was solid black. The ONLY reason I saw him was because the street light 2 doors down outlined his ears as he stood staring me down. He came from the shadows and I ‘bout jumped out of my skin. Super sweet. But it’s too damn dark this early.

When I tell you as a FedEx driver, I start running when I see that sun start setting because you will not catch me at night and I always make sure when I get started with my shift to hit whatever country I have because none of them have street lights and people don’t know how to turn on their lights

I get off at 5:30 and its pitch black by the time i make it home. I hate it. Last night it was 8 o'clock and I thought it was 32 o'clock. It took like 9 hrs more to get to 10 pm 😂
