In a team based game learning to fit in to any team and knowing how every character plays is the most valuable and perfect representation of skill expression. Someone who can preform on any character in the game in their respective rank is so much more talented than a one trick player.

At the end of the day , what makes a better player is if you win the game or not . If you are an otp and your character gets banned what are you gonna do ? Obviously nothing because you cannot play any other character . A flex player by definition is a better player because they can provide the same value despite the role they play
