19-YEAR-OLD POLICE EMPLOYEE ACCUSES SERGEANT OF SEXUAL ASSAULT INSIDE POLICE DEPARTMENT A 45-year-old Bristow, Oklahoma police sergeant is facing a felony sexual battery allegation after investigators say a 19-year-old female employee reported that he sexually assaulted her inside the police department. According to court documents, Randall Trent Bray was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service on October 5, 2026, in connection with the case. The alleged incident reportedly occurred on August 16 while the two were working at the Bristow Police Department, where the woman identified Bray as her supervisor. Investigators say the interaction began earlier in the shift when Bray allegedly made comments about the employee’s appearance and told her that her makeup made her look older and attractive. He allegedly also made comments about wishing he were younger and unmarried. Later, while Bray was reportedly away from the department picking up food for dispatch, investigators say he began sending the woman sexually suggestive messages. According to the affidavit, the woman later entered Bray’s office to discuss a filing mistake. She alleges that Bray then asked whether she wanted him to teach her how to kiss. Investigators say she told them that before she could respond, Bray stood up, pushed her against a wall and allegedly kissed, bit and groped her. The woman reportedly told investigators that she attempted to push him away and expressed that she was uncomfortable, but alleges that the conduct continued. Following the alleged encounter, investigators say Bray repeatedly questioned whether she intended to report what happened. He allegedly later sent messages asking her to keep the incident private because he was concerned about losing his job. The woman reported the incident shortly after Bray’s shift ended. The following day, August 17, Bristow Police contacted the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and requested an outside investigation. Investigators later examined the woman’s phone and reportedly recovered messages from Bray. According to the affidavit, investigators did not find sexually suggestive or flirtatious messages from the woman. Bray has denied the allegations, telling investigators during a September 9 interview that the encounter was consensual and claiming that the woman had flirted with him. Investigators said they were unable to locate a specific flirtatious message that Bray referenced. Bray was taken into custody on October 5 and booked into the Creek County Jail at approximately 8:58 a.m. Records indicate he was released less than an hour later, at approximately 9:52 a.m. These are allegations contained in an arrest case and court affidavit. Bray has disputed the accusation and is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. THE VENOMOUS TRANSPARENCY #TheVenomousTransparency #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeNews #CrimeNews #TrueCrimeCommunity
